Nata negli anni ’90 dalla fusione di due aziende gi\u00e0 attive nel settore, NOVAPLAST<\/strong><\/span> inizia la sua attivit\u00e0 con lo stampaggio di articoli tecnici su commessa ed in esclusiva per altre aziende.<\/p>\n

NOVAPLAST<\/strong><\/span> \u00e8 un’azienda manifatturiera che con l’utilizzo di macchinari ed attrezzature trasforma la materia prima, la plastica, in prodotti finiti o semilavorati<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Il parco macchine si compone di presse ad iniezione oleodinamiche, pressa elettrica e un gruppo satellitare per la bi-iniezione. Il tonnellaggio delle presse va da 90 a 300 t con la capacit\u00e0 di stampare grammature da 30 a 400 gr.<\/p>\n

Il nostro parco macchine trasforma principalmente PEHD (Polietilene Alta Densit\u00e0), PLD (Polietilene Bassa Densit\u00e0), PP (Polipropilene Omopolimero e Copolimero) ed in minor misura ABS (Acrilonitrine – Butadiene – Stirene), PA (Poliammide), PS (Polistirolo).<\/p>\n

NOVAPLAST ha da sempre a cuore la tutela dei propri lavoratori e dell’ambiente; dal 2011 ha rafforzato il percorso sulla Prevenzione e Protezione per la Sicurezza nei luoghi di lavoro<\/strong> mediante l’adozione di un Sistema di Gestione ed Organizzazione secondo le Linee Guida UNI-INAIL<\/strong> (D. Lgs. 81\/2008 – Testo Unico in materia di salute e sicurezza sul lavoro).<\/p>\n

La gestione e l’organizzazione dell’azienda mirano a tutelare sia le risorse umane che quelle economiche, fondamentali per la crescita dell’azienda e per l’attivit\u00e0 che questa svolge.<\/p>\n

    NOVAPLAST nel 2013 ha iniziato un percorso di analisi dei consumi energetici ed \u00e8 riuscita, gi\u00e0 dal primo anno, a ridurre il consumo di oltre il 40%<\/strong>, Il continuo monitoraggio permette di organizzare la produzione rendendola costantemente pi\u00f9 efficiente.<\/li>\n
  2. Il riutilizzo degli scarti<\/span><\/strong>
    Gli scarti e gli sfridi di lavorazione vengono affidati a societ\u00e0 esterne di rigenerazione<\/strong> delle materie plastiche affinch\u00e9 questo possano essere riutilizzati nel processo produttivo. Imballaggi, sacchi e scatole, se non pi\u00f9 riutilizzabili, vengono affidati a centri di smaltimento specializzati.<\/li>\n
  3. L’utilizzo del rifiuto<\/span><\/strong>
    Negli ultimi anni abbiamo potuto constatare come la plastica sia uno dei principali fattori di inquinamento globale<\/strong>. Diventa quindi non solo un obiettivo etico, ma una vera e propria responsabilit\u00e0<\/strong>: ridurre questo evidente e comprovato fenomeno.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
